Transparency
The Rudi Project adheres to the highest standards of financial openness and compliance with Austrian nonprofit law and international best practices. All donations (including international gifts) are held in a separate Rudi Project bank account never mingled with personal funds to ensure clarity and accountability. We maintain complete, accurate records of all income and expenses (as required by law) and regularly review our finances to uphold trust and integrity in our work.
Allocation of Funds
At The Rudi Project, we believe in radical transparency, especially when it comes to the futures of children. Here's how your donations are used:
🌍 Child-Focused Support (~70%)
Roughly 70% of all donations go directly toward supporting children in need whether through UNICEF, SOS Children’s Villages, or other trusted child-focused organizations. Every partner is carefully vetted to ensure that your contribution creates tangible, meaningful impact in young lives: food, shelter, education, and emotional care.
📣 Outreach & Operations (~30%)
The remaining 30% helps us spread the message and grow our reach. This includes website hosting, banking and transaction fees, promotion, and awareness campaigns, all aimed at getting more people involved in supporting children around the world.
Founder’s Commitment
The founder works entirely voluntarily in the early stages, without pay. If, in the future, managing this mission requires ongoing hands-on work, a reasonable share of the operational budget (from the 30%) may be used for transparent, documented compensation and any such decision will be clearly disclosed.
Governance & Oversight
We maintain strict internal controls:
- documented
- never used for private benefit, only for the mission
- avoid conflicts of interest
Accountability & Financial Transparency
We will publish a public annual summary of all income and spending. Any changes in how we allocate funds will be updated transparently on this page.
We aim to build trust through clear and open communication, because children’s futures deserve nothing less than full accountability.
